Supervise and lead a team of site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers on fit-out projects.
Ensure day-to-day site operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
Monitor project timelines, quality, and costs; report progress and issues to management regularly.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Support in procurement and inventory management of materials and tools required for site.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Mentor junior staff and promote teamwork and professional development within the crew.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Proven experience in a team leader.
Strong understanding of fit-out processes including carpentry, drywall, MEP coordination, finishes, and joinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance standards.
Basic knowledge of project management tools and reporting.
