Job Description


We are seeking a visionary and strategic EVP, Head of Talent, Learning & Organisation Development to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning talent development strategies with our business objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and organizational development strategies that support the company's mission, values, and goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Design and oversee the execution of high-impact training programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and create targeted development plans
  • Implement performance management systems and processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to align L&D strategies with business needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UAE labor laws and regulations in all L&D initiatives
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in learning and organizational development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
  • Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive L&D programs and organizational development strategies
  • Proficiency in performance management systems and succession planning processes
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget management and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate ROI
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with talent assessment tools and methodologies
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR practices is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and e-learning platforms
