Forever Events is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Events Sales Manager

with proven expertise in luxury and large-scale weddings. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships with high-profile clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of premium event experiences.

This is a

hands-on role

that requires creativity, business acumen, and strong leadership in managing the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to

closing proposals and deals with clients

, and ensuring smooth handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure high-value clients, focusing on luxury weddings and large-scale events.

Close proposals and deals with clients

, ensuring contracts are finalized in line with company policies and revenue targets. Build, maintain, and grow a network of high-profile clients, vendors, and partners within the luxury events industry. Conduct sales presentations, site visits, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients. Prepare customized proposals, pricing structures, and event packages tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the operations and planning teams to ensure seamless transition and flawless delivery of booked events. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to strengthen Forever Events' competitive positioning. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client functions. Ensure superior client satisfaction, cultivating repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Requirements



Proven experience

(minimum 5-7 years) in event sales, specifically luxury weddings and high-scale events in the UAE or GCC. Demonstrated success in

closing high-value sales deals

. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Arabic speaker (fluent)

- mandatory. Female candidate preferred, in line with client portfolio and cultural requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Established network in the luxury wedding/events industry. Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple high-profile projects, and deliver exceptional service.
