We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated
Event Sales Manager
to drive business growth and strengthen our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the events and entertainment sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and sponsors.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must be currently based in Qatar (local hire only).
Minimum of
5-8 years of experience
in event sales, hospitality, or a related industry.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
