to join a growing hospitality team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in
event planning and sales within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment
. You will be responsible for securing event business, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for corporate events, social functions, weddings, meetings, and banquets
Respond to event inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and conduct site inspections
Negotiate event packages and close sales in line with revenue targets
Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure all client requirements are executed flawlessly
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Keep up-to-date records of all client interactions and event details in the CRM system
Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales or event coordination in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, events venue, or similar)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end event execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software or CRM systems
Professional appearance and client-focused approach
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on event schedules
