Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for corporate events, social functions, weddings, meetings, and banquets
Respond to event inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and conduct site inspections
Negotiate event packages and close sales in line with revenue goals
Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of client requirements
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Keep accurate records of all client interactions and event details in the CRM system
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as needed
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales or event coordination in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, events venue, or similar)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end event execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software or CRM systems
Professional appearance and client-focused approach
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules
