Events Project Manager

Overview:

Social Hub is seeking a highly organized and experienced Events Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience in event management within the UAE, especially in exhibition stands, activations, and large-scale or government campaigns. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage both client-facing responsibilities and on-ground execution

Given the nature of our work with government and public-facing campaigns, fluency in both Arabic and English is essential. Native Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and campaigns Manage and coordinate with suppliers (AV, fabrication, rentals, printing) Develop and deliver compelling proposals, technical plans, and budgets Serve as primary point of contact for clients, presenting concepts and updates Ensure smooth on-ground implementation with real-time troubleshooting

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) -- a must Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE events industry Strong experience in managing government or corporate events Skilled in proposal writing, budgeting, and client communications Valid UAE Driver's License Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
