Support planning and execution of member events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners.
Manage registrations, guest lists, on-site coordination, and collect feedback.
Member Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for members.
Proactively engage members via calls, email, and WhatsApp to drive participation.
Build relationships to support renewals and conversions.
Sales Support
Update CRM with lead activity and conversions.
Support in reaching team targets
Admin & Reporting
Maintain accurate member records.
Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports on engagement, attendance, and growth.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in event coordination, customer engagement, sales support, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills
with confidence in making phone calls and engaging with members and prospects.
Experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and other digital communication tools.
