The Events Operations Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all operational aspects of events and exhibitions. This includes managing suppliers, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering seamless on-ground execution. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the planning and execution of event operations, from pre-production to dismantling.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, venue management, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
Oversee event setup and logistics, including stand construction, AV setup, furniture, branding, and technical services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations at all venues.
Track project timelines, budgets, and material inventory to ensure smooth delivery.
Supervise on-site operations during event build-up, live days, and dismantling.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation such as checklists, schedules, permits, and reports.
Manage third-party contractors and ensure service quality and timely delivery.
Handle troubleshooting on-site and provide real-time solutions to operational challenges.
Provide post-event feedback and reports for internal and client review.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in event/exhibition operations, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of event logistics, production timelines, and vendor management.
Familiarity with technical drawings, floor plans, and health & safety standards.
Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and preferably AutoCAD or similar software.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
UAE driving license is MANDATORY(REQUIRED*) Available to join IMMEDIATELY (preferred*)
