to plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional events that deliver memorable guest experiences. This role focuses on managing end-to-end event operations--from concept development and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event follow-up--while ensuring high standards of hospitality and service.
The ideal candidate has a passion for events, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering premium, client-focused experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute a variety of events, including:
Corporate events & wellness retreats
Kids' birthday parties & family celebrations
Baby showers & private gatherings
Brand activations & lifestyle events
Holiday and themed experiences
Develop event concepts, timelines, run sheets, and checklists
Coordinate event logistics including venues, permits, vendors, and staffing
Manage on-site event execution from setup to breakdown
Vendor & Partner Management
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors such as:
Decorators & florists
Catering & F&B partners
Entertainment & performers
Audio-visual & production teams
Photographers & videographers
Ensure vendors meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
Guest Experience & Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Understand client expectations and customize event experiences accordingly
Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and calm
Ensure a seamless, high-touch guest experience
Budgeting & Administration
Prepare event budgets, cost estimates, and vendor quotations
Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within budget
Maintain event documentation, contracts, invoices, and approvals
Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback collection
Collaboration & Operations
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, wellness, concierge)
Support branding, theme alignment, and experiential storytelling
Assist in developing new event concepts and seasonal experiences
Ensure compliance with safety, venue, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
Bachelor's degree preferred (Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field)
2-4 years experience
in event planning, coordination, or hospitality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience in wellness, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle events
Vendor negotiation and sourcing experience
Creative eye for themes, decor, and guest flow
Knowledge of UAE event venues and suppliers
