Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in corporate events, activations, exhibitions, launches, conferences, and experiential campaigns.
Build strong relationships with agencies, corporates, venues, vendors, and decision-makers.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to generate leads.
Prepare and deliver persuasive client pitches.
2. Creative Concept Development
Build event concepts from scratch: theme, flow, spatial layout, and experience points.
Produce
moodboards
, visual direction boards, and creative outlines.
Guide the creative process with HOX's design team and external creatives where required.
3. Proposal & Pitch Deck Creation
Prepare high-quality proposals, capability documents, and pitch decks.
Articulate ideas visually and verbally with clarity and impact.
Coordinate internally with design/production to align concepts with feasibility.
4. Costing & Vendor Coordination
Prepare detailed cost estimates for event projects.
Source and manage vendors (AV, lighting, entertainment, decor, staffing, technology, F&B, etc.).
Negotiate rates and ensure profitable margins.
Work closely with HOX production to integrate fabrication seamlessly into proposals.
5. Project Handling & Client Management
Oversee event pipeline from inquiry ? pitch ? production ? execution ? closing.
Conduct site visits, technical meetings, and vendor briefings.
Ensure smooth event delivery and client satisfaction.
Handle reporting, invoicing follow-ups, and closures.
6. Autonomy & Leadership
Operate independently, self-manage tasks, and own project outcomes.
Drive internal progress without being micromanaged.
Bring energy, creativity, and competitive hunger to the team.
Must-Haves
3-6 years of
events/experiential agency
experience in Dubai/UAE.
Ability to build strong proposals and clear concepts.
Confident in making moodboards and visual direction decks.
Proven track record in closing event projects.
Strong vendor network and production understanding.
Solid costing and budget-control ability.
Excellent English communication and pitching confidence.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven.
