Events and Retail Marketing - Coordinator Dubai Permanent Reporting to Head of Marketing and PR
About the role
Direct planning and execution of dealer and retail events across all APAC and ME markets. Full ownership of brand guidelines and customer experience related to on ground events at the various locations including showrooms, motor shows, and other venues. Responsible to ensure a unified and on-brand customer experience irrespective of the market and/or venue. Support the network with required assets to conduct a successful retail experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Event tool kits for the different models and Lotus brand activations
Assets required to execute Lotus level on ground activations
Complete event concepts including renders and rundown agendas
Templates to create invitations and data capture
Data capturing process and link to CRM
Post event reports on attendance profile and ROI expected
Solutions to retail related dealer requests and inquiries
Launch planning marketing content tracking in liaison with HQ
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different teams from different parts of the world.
Attention to details is a core skill for this role as all events require an eye for the elements that are usually unseen by most people.
Project management skills to plan the activation process and prioritize the order of building the various elements while achieving high efficiency.
Time management is a must as all events and customer facing activations run on tight schedules up until delivery.
Ability to work under pressure knowing that mistakes during events tend to be amplified when spotted.
Creative and design focused to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Flexible to travel when required and for varying durations of time.
Responsive to feedback and input with the capacity to turn changes around quickly.
Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent) in a business-related area, E.g Business, Marketing, Engineering, economics, commerce\xe2\x80\xa6
Proven experience in events management at other brands or agencies
Good presentation skills (written and verbal) and ability to use PowerPoint & Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at various levels
Excellent planning and time management skills
Flexible and positive to ever changing business challenges and surprises that may come
Good understanding of all Commercial organisation and business processes
