Job Title: Freelance Event Stylist / Catering Stylist

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Event Stylist to design and execute beautiful table setups and food displays for our catered events. This role is project-based and ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, experience in event styling, and the ability to deliver visually stunning setups that align with our brand's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design unique table settings, decor, and food display concepts for each event. Select and source linens, tableware, centerpieces, and other styling elements as required. Collaborate with our catering team to ensure styling complements the menu and overall event theme. Set up and style tables and buffet displays on-site, ensuring everything is flawless and on time. Coordinate with vendors and manage styling materials for each project. Manage inventory of decor items after every project
Requirements:

Proven experience in event styling, decor, floral design and styling or visual merchandising (portfolio required). Exceptional creativity and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours based on event schedule. Must be based in Abu Dhabi or able to travel for events.
Contract Type: Freelance / Per Event Basis

Rates vary based on the scale and scope of the event and will be discussed on a per-project basis.
