Ame Studio is a Dubai-based creative studio specializing in luxury flowers, events, and styling. We are looking for a Freelance / Part-Time Event Creative Designer to collaborate with us and bring fresh, artistic vision to our projects.

Role Overview

This role is

not

for interior designers, graphic designers, filmmakers, or social media managers. We are looking specifically for an

Event Stylist

who can create event concepts and moodboards, with experience in accessories, props, and event styling.

This role requires a strong creative eye and an understanding of new design trends in events. An interior design background can be a bonus, but only if combined with event styling or creative direction experience.

Responsibilities

Develop creative event concepts that go beyond florals. Stay up-to-date with new styling trends and incorporate them into concepts. Create moodboards that reflect clear style, tone, and story. Suggest accessories, props, and styling elements that enhance events. Provide sketches/drawings to visualize ideas (renders not required). Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure execution matches the creative vision. Present a distinct style of work -- from luxury minimalism to bold artistic setups.

Requirements

Background in event design, styling, creative direction (experience with luxury events preferred). Strong moodboarding and sketching skills (please include samples). Awareness of international and regional design trends. Knowledge of accessories, structures, and event styling beyond florals. Interior design background or styling experience is a plus. Freelance or part-time availability.
