About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented
Event Sales Specialist
to join our team at a children's play center. Your job is to turn leads into bookings, communicate with families, help organize events, and grow revenue through upselling and great service.

What You'll Do
Sell birthday and private party packages
Chat with clients via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and Instagram
Upsell premium add-ons (e.g. decorations, entertainment)
Keep CRM records updated and follow up with leads
Support on-site during events (2 days/week)
Hit monthly goals for sales and client satisfaction
Who You Are
Great communicator with a strong sales mindset
Fluent in English (+ bonus: Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Russian)
Comfortable around children and parents
Confident using CRM and digital tools
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Based in Dubai or ready to relocate
