Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Event Sales Personnel

to promote, sell, and manage party and event bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries about event and party packages, converting them into confirmed bookings through professional communication, follow-ups, and upselling. Promote event packages and recommend the best options based on guest needs and budget. Prepare quotations and customized packages using effective sales and negotiation techniques to maximize revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event requirements (cost, menu, decoration, entertainment, and other services) are clearly communicated and executed. Support planning and monitor event execution to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Conduct post-event follow-ups to collect feedback and share booking/event reports with the Team Leader and Centre Manager. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings, referrals, and positive reviews. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, bookings, and payments as per company process.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in

event sales / event coordination

within entertainment, hospitality, or kids' events (birthday party,school trips operations experience is mandatory). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
