Job Description

Event Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: General Manager / Commercial Director
About the Role:
Drive revenue by promoting and selling our unique venue for private events, corporate functions, birthdays, and large group bookings.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed event sales targets.
  • Generate leads, conduct venue tours, and build relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the operations and culinary teams to plan and execute events flawlessly.
  • Manage the events calendar and ensure clear communication of all booking details.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event sales, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent network of contacts in Dubai is a major advantage.
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
