About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Weddings Event Manager
to join our team. The successful candidate will be a
female Syrian professional
fluent in
Arabic and English
, with proven experience managing wedding events within the
UAE market
.
You will be responsible for delivering high-end, memorable wedding experiences for our clients -- from concept creation to flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage wedding events from start to finish.
Conduct client meetings to understand event requirements and propose creative ideas.
Coordinate with venues, vendors, decorators, and service providers.
Oversee event logistics, setup, operations, and on-site management.
Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
Female, Syrian nationality
Fluent in Arabic and English
(written and spoken)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
as a Weddings or Events Manager in the
UAE market
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
