We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Event Sales Coordinator
to manage and execute party and event bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries regarding event and party packages, converting them into confirmed bookings through professional communication and up-selling techniques.
Plan, organize, and oversee the setup and execution of all party and event bookings.
Create customized packages based on guest requirements using effective sales and negotiation strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event -- including cost, menu, decoration, entertainment, and other services -- are accurately planned and executed.
Ensure timely follow-up after events to collect feedback and share reports with the Team Leader and Centre Manager.
Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in event coordination or sales within the entertainment, hospitality, or kids' events industry (birthday party operations experience is
mandatory
).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
