Job Description

Event Operation Executive.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct daily inspections
of holding areas, barriers, lighting, and utilities; report issues and coordinate timely maintenance.Plan and schedule maintenance
activities during peak seasons to ensure operational readiness.Coordinate build-up and tear-down logistics
, including vehicle access, security protocols, and site clearance.Manage parking zones and access points
across the venue in close coordination with security and logistics teams. Overseeresource requirements
such as diesel fuel, lighting, sweet water supply, and drainage services. Maintain strongcommunication with stakeholders
: security, contractor badge team, H&S, and operations units. Ensure full compliance withhealth, safety, and quality standards
