Job Summary: UAE Nationals only
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions across various channels, including the call center. The role involves handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also supports store operations by coordinating with branches and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone (call center), email, and messaging platforms.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with stores and relevant departments to follow up on customer issues.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Assist in improving call scripts and service procedures.
Monitor call quality and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the retail sector.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
