Job Overview:
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs for event branding, digital campaigns, presentations, and multimedia content. This position demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual storytelling that aligns with client expectations and the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and designs for events, branding, and digital marketing materials (social media, brochures, pitch decks, stage designs, etc.)
Work closely with the event, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact visuals across multiple platforms
Ensure timely delivery of design assets in line with project timelines and brand guidelines
Adapt designs for print, web, and motion formats, ensuring consistency across formats
Maintain an organized archive of visual assets and templates
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance creative output
Assist in on-site design needs for live events when required
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the events or creative industry
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
Creativity:
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, especially event or campaign-based projects
Communication:
Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory
Flexibility:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely delivery of design assets for all projects and campaigns
Quality and creativity of visual content as evaluated by internal teams and client feedback
Brand consistency across all media platforms
Contribution to pitch decks and marketing materials leading to successful client acquisitions
