. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate event cost estimations, managing customer quotations, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments using Odoo for documentation, project tracking, and invoicing.
Prepare and manage
event quotations
and
cost estimations
in coordination with the sales and project teams.
Communicate and coordinate with customers
to understand their requirements and provide suitable cost proposals.
Create, update, and manage quotations, sales orders, and project records in
Odoo ERP
.
Track and update project budgets, cost approvals, and revisions through Odoo.
Liaise between clients, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely project execution and invoicing.
Maintain detailed event-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
Support the administrative functions of the events department, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
Prepare regular estimation, sales, and cost performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience
in event estimation, costing, or project administration.
Strong knowledge of
Odoo ERP
(Sales, Purchase, and Project modules).
Excellent
customer coordination and communication
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Strong analytical and numerical ability with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the
event or exhibition industry
preferred.
