. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting both day-to-day office functions and basic visual content creation for internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, inventory tracking, and correspondence
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents
Handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Assist with HR admin tasks such as maintaining employee files and onboarding materials
Support event planning, internal meetings, and travel arrangements
Design & Creative Tasks:
Design branded content using
Canva
, including:
Social media graphics
Company newsletters
Event flyers/posters
Internal presentations
Marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, etc.)
Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and documents
Collaborate with marketing or management teams on visual content needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficiency in
Canva
with a good eye for design and layout
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with basic marketing or social media management
Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later) is a plus
Knowledge of other design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus
