Event Coordinator - Abu Dhabi - Events
Purpose of role:
To support the project team to deliver successful events. To manage the freelance database of staff and to constantly look for new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:

  • Investigate new business contacts
  • Create new business interactions
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Attend client and supplier meetings
  • Prepare proposals
  • Prepare project quotes
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Support on definition of project plans and event delivery strategy
  • Support on project progress and deadlines
  • Source suppliers and negotiate terms and rate
  • Support on successful delivery of projects
  • Prepare / support on post event reports
  • Book travel and tickets for clients / suppliers for events
  • Manage freelance database of staff
