We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Catering Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating catering leads, engaging with customers through calls, understanding their specific requirements, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring effective follow-up to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new catering leads through outbound calls and networking.
Reach out to prospective clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Effectively communicate menu options, services, and pricing to customers.
Prepare detailed and competitive catering quotations tailored to customer requirements.
Follow up with clients to address queries, negotiate terms, and secure bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Qualifications:
Female candidate preferred
Proven experience in sales, preferably in catering or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Work Environment:
Office-based with telecalling responsibilities
Fast-paced and target-driven environment
