Job Title: Catering Sales Executive - Multi-Concept Restaurants
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Travel across the UAE as required)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based commission
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Catering Sales Executive to join our restaurant group. At Najd Palace you will focus on generating new business and closing deals across corporate, events, institutional, and daily meal contracts.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients across all UAE sectors.
Generate and close catering sales deals for multiple restaurant concepts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Coordinate with Operations after deals are closed.
Achieve sales targets focused on total value of sales.
Requirements:
4-6 years of catering/F&B sales experience, UAE experience preferred.
Existing UAE client network is a plus.
Bilingual: Arabic & English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, email, and general office tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently.
Own car preferred.
Working Hours:
10 hours daily (including 1-hour break).
