Event Assistant

Job Description
- Candidates with Events/Hospitality/Tour Agency experience in UAE are required for immediate hire
- Handling speakers (collating requirements, scheduling for test sessions, speaker communication, Flights, and accommodation bookings)
- Handling Delegates\' registration & inquiries
- Setting up Zoom meetings and webinars
- Preparing E-shots, updating event\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media postings
- Handling venues and suppliers
- Providing assistance to Event Manager for any ADCOH tasks required
- Applying for event permit (DTCM)
- Preparing deliverables (speaker bios, slides, reviewing brochure, etc.)
- Managing attendee surveys, certificates and thank you letters \xe2\x80\x93 Committee, Speakers and Sponsors
- Preparing Post events reports
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder
- Can handle projects simultaneously
- Willing to work from office and home, reporting to Event Manager/Director Operations
- Advanced English is a must (written and oral)
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Good knowledge in social media
- Good knowledge in IT and Simple programs like Canva
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
- Event handling: 1 year (Required)
- Travel and Ticketing: 1 year (Required)
- Rusian (Preferred)
