Job Description

o Carry out Electric Vehicles repairs as per manufacturers standard and comply with work instructions manual on to the highest standard

o Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to scheduled times to maintain efficiency

o Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilized in line with manufacturer standards

o F1 - Fix it Right First Time

o Diagnose and repair EV faults using advanced tools

o Program and calibrate vehicle control modules for optimal performance

o Perform routine maintenance and inspections, ensuring safety standards

o Collaborate with Technical team to enhance vehicle software and hardware

o Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly

o Ensure that materials drawn on job cards are used for respective vehicle

o Proper handling of special tools

o Raising parts requisition

o Fill up warranty tags, attach with warranty parts and store it in the warranty room

o Inform/obtain approval from Team Leader for additional repairs/warranty jobs

o Keep work areas clean organized and safe from hazards to health and safety

o Ensure safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP

Qualifications:

o Diploma or Equivalent Qualification

o Minimum 2 years of proven experience in EV systems

o Proficient in computer diagnostics, programming, and EV communication protocols

o Strong technical-solving skills and attention to detail

o Certification in Electric Vehicle Repair or equivalent

o Valid UAE driving license an advantage
