We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales and partnership initiatives for our EV Chargers division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electric mobility landscape, proven B2B sales experience, and a passion for sustainable technologies. Your role will be to expand our client base, establish partnerships, and drive the growth of EV charging infrastructure solutions across United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in public, commercial, and residential EV charger installations.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and inbound inquiries.
Pitch EV charging solutions to fleet operators, real estate developers, malls, hotels, and municipalities.
Negotiate and close contracts, including pricing, service level agreements, and long-term partnerships.
Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and basic technical discussions with clients (with support from the technical team).
Collaborate with marketing to execute lead-generation campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with EV market trends, government policies, and competitors.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity reports using CRM software.
Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy, automotive, or tech sectors.
Knowledge of EV charging technologies, energy solutions, or infrastructure is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
