Job Description

Operations & Service:

Oversee daily operations, manage reservations, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).

Team Leadership:

Train, mentor, and schedule staff, manage performance, and foster a professional, guest-oriented team environment.

Guest Relations:

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Administration & Finance:

Assist with budgeting, inventory management,, and monitoring financial KPIs, such as revenue activity and room rates.

Coordination:

Act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Kitchen, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

2-5+ years in hospitality management, with proven leadership in a supervisory role.

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages (e.g., French, Greek) are frequently required.

Skills:

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Traits:

Adaptable, professional, customer-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
