Job Description
Operations & Service:
Oversee daily operations, manage reservations, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and schedule staff, manage performance, and foster a professional, guest-oriented team environment.Guest Relations:
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.Administration & Finance:
Assist with budgeting, inventory management,, and monitoring financial KPIs, such as revenue activity and room rates.Coordination:
Act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Kitchen, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations.Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
2-5+ years in hospitality management, with proven leadership in a supervisory role.Languages:
Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages (e.g., French, Greek) are frequently required.Skills:
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.Traits:
