General Manager Italian Restaurant Dubai Up to AED 30K
An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant General Manager with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.
The ideal General Manager will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.
This role would suit a hands-on General Management style, someone who thrives in client-facing environments & enjoys being the face of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an restaurant General Manager in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
- Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
- Currently based in the UAE
- Strong leadership, creativity, & people management skills
- Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East preferred
- A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial
- Start Date: Q4
