Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members to maximize their performance.
Set sales quotas and targets, providing ongoing guidance and support.
Motivate the sales team and provide coaching to ensure they meet or exceed goals.
Manage the entire sales process and operations to drive sales growth and profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales data, compile performance reports, and forecast sales.
Adjust sales plans and processes as needed to improve effectiveness and achieve objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Work to acquire new customers and maximize customer satisfaction.
