We are a well-known company in UAE seeking a EUROPEAN FEMALE Customer Relation Specialist. The applicant should be professional, skilled, and presentable. Fluent in English is a MUST. Responsibilities:
Listen and respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and concerns.
Organize the Team schedules on daily basis.
Provide information about products and services.
Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update customer information in the CRM database during and after each call.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Manage customer records and perform data entry.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
Skills:
1+ years of hands on administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of computer operating systems.
Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and organization.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
