As an Estimator at Plumsheep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Analyze project requirements and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
Collaborate with suppliers, production, subcontractors and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders within specified deadlines.
Monitor and report on project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or concerns related to cost estimates and project budgets.
Ensure all estimates and bids are accurate, thorough, and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Estimator in UAE within the furniture manufaturing or fit out industry.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
