Job Summary

:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Lead Furniture Installer

to oversee the on-site installation of custom-made furniture and joinery works. This role involves hands-on carpentry, coordination with project teams, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with design specifications.

Responsibilities

:

Supervise and lead installation teams on-site to complete furniture and joinery fit-outs. Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate placement and alignment of components. Handle installation of wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, doors, cabinets, and bespoke furniture. Inspect delivered items for damage and report discrepancies. Ensure installations meet quality standards and client expectations. Use carpentry tools and equipment with precision and safety. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers on project requirements. Maintain clean and organized work areas during and after installation. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide practical, on-site solutions. Train and mentor junior carpenters and installation helpers.

Requirements

:

Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture/joinery installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong understanding of woodworking, hardware fittings, and site finishing. Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings. Good communication and team management skills. Physically fit and capable of handling tools and heavy materials. Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or on multiple sites when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
