Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
cost estimates
,bills of quantities (BOQs)
, andtender documents
based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Analyzetender returns
and preparecomparison reports
to assist in contract award recommendations. Conductcost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
throughout project stages. Review and evaluatesubcontractor and supplier quotations
, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Prepare and maintaincost control documents
,cash flow forecasts
, andfinancial progress reports
. Managevariations, claims, and change orders
in coordination with project managers and clients. Monitorproject costs
to ensure expenditures remain within the approved budget. Assist in thenegotiation and administration of contracts
. Support project close-out processes includingfinal accounts
andpost-project cost analysis
. Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords, drawings, and cost data
for future reference.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
