The Estimator / Quantity Surveyor is responsible for accurately forecasting project costs, preparing budgets, evaluating tenders, and managing all financial aspects of construction projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on budget while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction or civil engineering projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Tendering:

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQs). Evaluate and compare bids received from subcontractors and suppliers. Support the bid process by contributing to proposal development.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

Monitor project budgets and report on cost variances. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Conduct value engineering to optimize project efficiency and cost savings

Contract Management:

Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Assist in negotiating and preparing subcontracts and agreements. Measure and value completed work for interim payments and final accounts.

Qualifications:

Any Type of Visa will do UAE driving license is a plus Prior experience in interior fit-out or decor projects is essential Capable of managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards Strong communication and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing trends.
Salary: Based on past experience with interior firms
