Position: Estimator
Experience Required: 3 years in decorative metal work and non-structural metal work
Preferred Visa: Spouse or Freelancer Visa

Responsibilities:

Conduct quantity surveys for drawings related to Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, and Brass projects. Provide comprehensive cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and overhead. Review all inquiries promptly and provide fast responses to clients. Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure updated material and process prices. Collaborate with team members to optimize project estimates and timelines. Coordinate with project managers and clients to address any inquiries or concerns. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in metal work estimation.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in decorative metal work and non-structural metal work. Proficient in quantity surveying and cost estimation processes. Strong knowledge of Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, and Brass materials. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and suppliers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimates and proposals. Experience with reviewing drawings and specifications to provide accurate estimates. Preference will be given to candidates holding a spouse visa or freelancer visa.
