Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
We are seeking a skilled
Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor
with strong experience in
interior fit-out and joinery projects
. The ideal candidate will support cost estimation, BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing for commercial and residential projects. Preference will be given to candidates who have
Draughtsman experience
along with Estimation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate
BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates
for fit-out and joinery works.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare competitive quotations.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain material prices and finalize costing.
Support project team with
cost tracking
, variations, and quantity verification on site.
Work closely with technical and design teams for drawing interpretation and project feasibility.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in interior fit-out and/or joinery estimation.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Preference for Draughtsman cum Estimator
candidates.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools.
Good understanding of materials, market pricing, and UAE-specific industry standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
