Responsibilities
Well versed and good knowledge of Gypsum & painting work.
Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
Assist in progress measurement, valuations, and interim payment applications.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Maintain records of site measurements, variations, and contractual correspondence.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in your home country and fresher in UAE
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of measurement, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and variation claims.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous work experience in quantity surveying will be an added advantage.
