Job Description
We are a
carpentry & joinery manufacturing company
looking for a motivatedJunior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
to join our growing team.Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years UAE experience
in QS/EstimatingJoinery experience is a must
(carpentry, fit-out, custom joinery works)Strong understanding of materials, cost of materials, labor costs, and the full joinery production process
Ability to read drawings and prepare accurate BOQs/estimates
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office; estimating software is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
estimates, BOQs, and costing
for joinery projectsCoordinate with
suppliers and subcontractors
for updated pricingAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Assist in preparing quotations and tender submissions
Support senior QS/Estimator with cost breakdowns and documentation
Ensure pricing accuracy and timely submissions
