Job Description

Role Overview:

The Estimation and Quantity Surveying Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost

estimates and managing project budgets for all kinds of architectural and interior fit-out projects.

This role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, collaborating

with design and project management teams, and ensuring that estimates align with client

budgets and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost- Estimation:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and exhibition projects, including
materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to determine resource
requirements.

Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accurate cost projections.
Quantity Surveying:

Measure and value the quantity of materials and work required for projects. Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and client requirements. Monitor material usage and work progress to ensure alignment with budgets.
Tendering and Procurement:

Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing. Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids. Source and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines and
budgets.

Cost Control and Reporting:

Monitor ongoing project costs and compare them against budgets. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
Contract Management:

Assist in drafting and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company
standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project
execution.

Address client inquiries related to cost and budget matters. Support project handovers and final account settlements.
Requirement:

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
Experience in Interior Fit-Outs and Exhition field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
