Job Description
Prepare accurate
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
based on drawings and specifications Perform detailedquantity take-offs
for gypsum, ceiling, drywall partitions, and interior fit-out worksEstimate costs
for materials, labor, and subcontracted works Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents Prepare and submitcompetitive quotations and tender bids
Source and evaluatesupplier and subcontractor quotations
Coordinate with the project team for updates on site conditions and progress Trackvariations
, preparecost control reports
, and assist ininvoicing and claims
Attend site visits as required for quantity verification or remeasurementsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying
, or a related field Minimum3-5 years of experience
in gypsum & interior fit-out projects (GCC experience preferred) Strong knowledge ofgypsum partitioning, ceiling systems, joinery, and finishing materials
Proficient inAutoCAD, MS Excel
, and estimation tools Good understanding ofconstruction drawings, specifications, and site coordination
Excellentnumerical and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines Good communication skills in EnglishJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
