Job Summary:

As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects. You'll collaborate closely with our design, sales, and project teams to ensure timely and precise pricing of works from concept stage through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

:

-Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

-Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

-Calculate costs for materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.

-Request and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.

-Compile clear and professional tender packages and client proposals.

-Collaborate with designers and project managers for value engineering options.

-Maintain and update cost databases, supplier lists, and estimation records.

-Support post-tender negotiations and project handovers.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

-3+ years of United Arab Emirates experience in cost estimation within the interior design or fit-out sector.

-Knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and local suppliers.

-Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

-Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines.
