Verdant Group are seeking a highly experienced

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

proven experience in high-end projects

across both

interior fit-out and landscaping

sectors within the UAE. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with both design and delivery teams to ensure the accurate estimation and cost control of premium projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate

cost estimates and BOQs

for high-end fit-out and landscaping projects. Analyse

drawings, specifications, and project requirements

to develop comprehensive cost plans. Evaluate

subcontractor and supplier quotations

, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with project specifications. Perform

value engineering

and cost-benefit analyses to support project feasibility. Manage the

procurement process

, including tendering, bid analysis, and negotiation. Monitor project costs and prepare regular

cost reports and cash flow forecasts

. Assist in the preparation of

contracts, variations, and final accounts

. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on financial and commercial matters. Conduct site visits for

progress valuations and verification

of completed works. Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and client expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years UAE experience

in quantity surveying/estimating roles. Strong portfolio of

completed high-end projects

in both

fit-out and landscaping

. Degree in

Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering

, or a related field. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel,

or similar software. Deep understanding of

UAE market rates, materials, and subcontractor base

. Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

UAE driving license is an advantage.
