Job Description

To understand, evaluate, capture project dept requirements and provide detailed , specifications & estimates for effective implementation & achieving entity objectives

1. To liaise with project department, Factory & obtain clear specifications for making detailed BOQ as per set of shop drawings mainly for joinery works such as kitchen cabinets, vanity counters, wardrobes, and loose furniture.

2. To prepare estimates of material required as per approved drawings for purposes such as planning, organizing and determining cost of material.

3. To measure and value work to ensure that it is within the agreed parameters.

4. To measure and value completed project and authorize payment provided the contract is within the agreed specifications

5. To work closely with Operation Manager, Factory Manager & Factory in charge and site coordinator.

6. To review & alter the shop drawings for day to day site activities & to meet changing client requirement.

7. To capture client requirement & create 2D & 3D drawings for effective implementation.

8. To maintain soft copy of drawings for future references.

9. To strictly adhere to all procedures and comply with safety, other procedure & policy of the company.

10. To Adhere Company Policy, guidelines and Code of Ethics.

11. To undertake any other assigned work that maybe assigned from time to time
