Job Title :Interior Fit-Out Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure and hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontract works Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare comparative statements (CST) and cost summaries Support tender submissions and bid evaluations Assist project and procurement teams with budget control and cost monitoring Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and value-engineering opportunities Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records Coordinate with site teams, design, procurement, and management
Requirements:
3-5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and turnkey projects Proficient in reading construction and shop drawings Experience in Abu Dhabi projects preferred Valid UAE driving license - mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
Up to AED 8,000 (depending on experience) Benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
