Job Description
:
- Analysis of the drawn and written parts of the projects;
- Receiving proposals from subcontractors, following the market consultation, preparing comparative maps;
- Proceed with the study and elaboration of the budget, taking into account the work program, equipment and manpower;
- Preparation of technical proposals for tenders, namely descriptive memoirs, work plans, equipment plans and manpower plans;
- Negotiation and monitoring of proposals made.
Job Requirements:
Higher education in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture- Previous experience in similar functions (preferred construction sector);
- Knowledge in computer systems such as the Office package; AutoCAD
