Job Description

Duties:

Analyze project proposals to determine scope and requirements for interior fit-out. Prepare detailed cost estimates incorporating materials, labor, and equipment costs. Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project specifications align with estimates. Review and evaluate project sites for potential cost modifications or savings. Manage bid preparation and submission processes for potential projects. Maintain a cost database and update pricing information accordingly to market trends. Conduct risk assessments to identify factors that may influence project costs. Consult with clients to understand their budget constraints and expectations. Track project progress and expenses to compare against initial estimates regularly. Provide clear and comprehensive reports to stakeholders on estimated versus actual costs. Assist in negotiations with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Skills/Requirements:

Should have a minimum 3 years fit out experience, preferably with Architectural Degree or in Interior Design or equivalent, and proficient in English language. Experience in material management Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas. Multi-tasking and ability to work with more than one project. Effective communication skills and technically sound. We prefer both Male and Female candidates for this position. Females with Spouse VISA recomended

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
